Performance and Characteristics:
1. Adopt the ceramic anilox roller to transfer the ink.
2. Unwinding and rewinding controlled by magnetic power brake, clutch. ( or controlled by auto tension controller of Mitsubishi of Japan )
3. Printing unit adopt 360o plate-adjustment each.
4. One IR dryer for each printing unit.
5. The ink roller will be separated automatically from the printing roller, and keep running at a low speed when the machine stopped, to avoid the ink drying.
6. The main motor is adopted import frequency conversion for speed controlling.
7. Supporting paper from roll material, printing, having light, drying automatically by IR, laminating and die cutting was finished on one process. It is an ideal machine for printing Commercial paper and top-grade adhesive label.
